Order Timelines:

• How can I make sure to get my order delivered before the auction? Orders placed by October 17th are guaranteed to deliver before the auction on the 15th. With orders placed after the 17th we cannot guarantee delivery before the auction.

• What is the usual turn around time for orders from the store? Standard lead time for all items on the store is approximately 3-3.5 weeks from order to delivery.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

• How are shipping rates calculated? Shipping rates are calculated in real time with current shipping costs based on weight.

• How will orders ship? Are expedited methods available? All orders will ship ground. Expedited shipping is not available.

• Are there size charts available so I can help determine the best fit? Size charts are shown with each apparel item and we’re happy to answer any questions you have to help get you in the right size.

Order Changes & Returns:

• Can I make changes to my order before it ships? You may make changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing our contact form.

• Will I be able to return or exchange items after receipt? No, we will not be able to return or exchange items after they have been produced unless there is a defect in the item itself. We will be doing personal QC on each order before they are shipped out to mitigate as many of these issues as possible.

Taxes and Fees:

• How are taxes calculated? Taxes will are based on current WA state and regional taxes based on the zip code entered at time of order.

• Are there credit card fees? Please note there will be a 3% credit card fee charged to each order.

How does the purchase of these items benefit St Luke? Does my purchase go towards my $350 Family Auction Commitment? (for school families only)

• While the purchase of these items does not count towards your Family Auction Commitment, a portion of each item sold is raising money for St Luke and St Luke School.
